What we provide

Musicality Realm provides educational articles, printable reference materials, and free interactive tools relating to music theory and practice. Everything is offered free of charge and without any requirement to register.

Educational content, not professional advice

The content here is general educational material. It is not individual tuition, and it is not medical advice. Pages that touch on playing-related pain, injury, or performance anxiety are informational only; if you are experiencing pain or persistent distress, consult an appropriately qualified professional rather than relying on anything written here.

Where a page describes an examination or syllabus, awarding bodies revise these from time to time. Always confirm current requirements with the awarding body directly.

Accuracy

We take reasonable care to be accurate and we correct errors when we learn of them. We do not warrant that everything is free from error, and music pedagogy contains genuine disagreement on some points. If you find a mistake, please tell us through the contact page.

Your use of the site

You may read, print, and share our pages for personal, educational, and classroom use, including printing the downloadable charts for your own students. You may not:

The text, design, and interactive tools on this site are our copyright unless stated otherwise. Music theory concepts themselves are not owned by anyone: the circle of fifths, solfege, and Kodaly hand signs are public-domain pedagogy. Brand and product names mentioned in our gear guides belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
